Prim Patnasiri’s presence, both on and off the screen, depict her innate ability to explore human intimacy. Her work as a Visual Artist plays on our need for compassion, empathy and vulnerability through the female lens. Prim’s most notable piece - an immersive sound and short film installation in which she was not only the director but also the subject - highlighted the stigma surrounding mental health and the need to normalise discussions about it. Prim’s next role, her biggest yet, will be as the female lead in the Netflix Original series ‘Analogue Squad’ scheduled for global release in 2023.
